The Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services CDC Inc (BNHS) has been serving the communities of the Bronx for over 30 years.
BNHS provides essential services to revitalize our communities and address emerging needs, while empowering our residents to achieve self-sufficiency.

We serve over 3,000 clients annually in the areas of first-time home ownership, HUD certified housing counseling, tenant services, home repairs, home retention services, and free tax services during the tax season.
We are currently embarking on a project to create affordable housing for residents in the low to medium income range. The project "Upliftment 1000 seeks to convert derelict multi-family houses into condominiums to meet the need of first-time homebuyers.
